Insurance and Admissions
Insurance Coverage for Mental Health PHP and IOP

What Insurance Usually Covers
Most PPO insurance plans include mental health benefits that cover Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Federal mental health parity law requires most plans to cover mental health care on terms comparable to medical care.
Every plan is different, though, so the fastest way to know your coverage is to let us check for you.
How Verification Works
1. Fill out the confidential form above. It takes about two minutes. Have your insurance card handy.
2. We contact your insurance company. Our admissions team confirms your mental health benefits, including deductible, copay or coinsurance, out-of-pocket maximum, and any prior authorization requirements for PHP or IOP.
3. We call you with the results, usually within one business day, and walk you through what your plan covers in plain language, with no obligation.
Everything you share is kept confidential and used only to verify your benefits and contact you about treatment.
Verifying for a Loved One?
Many of our calls come from parents, spouses, and partners. You can fill out the form on someone's behalf using their insurance card.
We will need the client's consent before treatment begins, and we'll help you have that conversation.
No Insurance or Out-of-Network?
If your plan doesn't cover our program, or you don't have insurance, call us. We can talk through self-pay options, out-of-network reimbursement, and other resources. If we're not the right fit, we'll help you find care that is.
