Common Questions
What is the difference between PHP and IOP?
Our PHP offers intensive, daily clinical care (about 6 hours a day) in a supportive environment, while our IOP (3 hours a day, 3 or 5 days a week) provides flexible outpatient treatment that lets you keep up your daily routine. Details are on our Programs page and IOP page.
Is this substance use treatment?
No. Our programs are specifically designed for mental health treatment and recovery. We focus on evidence-based therapies like DBT to address emotional regulation, with EMDR for trauma available when an assessment shows it is a good fit.
Do you accept insurance?
Coverage varies by plan. Use our free, confidential verification form and our admissions team will check your benefits, usually within one business day, and walk you through any costs before you start.
How long is the program?
Program duration varies based on individual needs. We work with you to create a personalized plan that provides the necessary support for your recovery journey.
What therapies do you offer?
We use evidence-based clinical interventions including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based beach activities. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is also offered as an option when an assessment shows it is a good fit.
How do I get started?
