Adult ADHD and Executive Function Support in San Clemente
For adults with ADHD, the problem usually is not knowing what to do. It is getting started, staying with it, and finishing. Chronic procrastination, unfinished projects, and a pull toward quick hits of stimulation like scrolling, gaming, and constant novelty can crowd out what matters, with shame, anxiety, and depression building on top. Our program treats the whole picture.
Our admissions team can answer your questions, verify your insurance, and help you decide whether PHP or IOP is the right level of care, usually in one call.
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room. Our programs are outpatient and are not a substitute for emergency care.

How We Help

Signs ADHD Is Affecting Your Mental Health
• Procrastinating on important tasks until they become crises
• Starting many things and finishing few
• Losing hours to scrolling, gaming, or other high-stimulation habits
• Missed deadlines or trouble keeping up at work or school
• Anxiety, depression, or shame tied to falling behind
Our Approach
Clients learn how their attention and motivation systems work, then build practical systems for planning, starting, and finishing tasks. We help reduce dopamine-driven habits and replace them with routines that support focus. DBT and mindfulness address frustration and emotional reactivity, and we treat co-occurring depression and anxiety directly while coordinating with your prescriber.
Life Skills and Career Support
Treatment includes practical life skills like time management, daily structure, budgeting, and communication, plus career-focused coaching for clients returning to work or school or changing direction. These goals become part of each client’s aftercare plan.
Flexible Scheduling
IOP runs 3 hours a day, with room for work or school. Our Evening Virtual IOP (5:30 to 8:30 pm, California residents) lets working adults get intensive support without taking time off.
PHP (about 6 hours a day) is available when symptoms are severe.
