Supporting Your Loved One
We understand that your support is the foundation of your loved one's healing. Our team is here to guide you through every step of the recovery journey, providing the empathy and resources you need to be the steady hand in their life.
Family Involvement
Support network can make all the difference in how well treatment and long-term outcomes play out and family is at the heart of that support network. We actively work with families as part of the clinical process to make sure everyone is on the same page and everyone has the resources they need to thrive.
How to Support
Developing a better understanding of our loved one serves to become an individualized working guide for providing accountability and support. Greater understanding naturally lends itself to a compassionate and effective approach to providing support. Our goal is to help the family understand and engage as effectively as possible to get the best outcomes and stronger sense of family unity.

What to Expect
Families will get regular updates from our clinical staff along with getting to participate in family therapy and the aftercare planning process. Each client who comes through our program will receive individualized care, that includes individualized support and guidance for the family.
Â
It starts with one call. When you contact admissions, we listen to what is happening, answer your questions about PHP and IOP, and can verify your loved one’s insurance, usually within one business day. You do not need to have everything figured out before you reach out.
Â
Adults in treatment decide what their family is told. With your loved one’s written consent, we can share updates on attendance, progress, and the plan for discharge. What they say in individual therapy stays confidential, which is part of what makes treatment work. If they choose not to sign a release, we can still listen to you and point you toward support for yourself.
Â
Family sessions are led by our clinical team. They focus on communication, healthy boundaries, and how to support the skills your loved one is learning, not on assigning blame. We can often arrange video sessions for family members who live farther away.
